H. The display is chaotic, but the signal output to the next board is normal. 1. Detect whether the lock end of the STB lock output terminal of 245 is connected to the driver IC's lock terminal or the signal is short -circuited to other lines. I. Display chaotic, abnormal output 1. Detect the clock CLK lock in the STB signal short circuit. 2. Check whether the clock CLK of 245 has input and output. 3. Check whether the clock signal is short to other lines. Note: The main detection clock and lock signal.
J. Show color deficiency 1. Detect whether the data end of the color of 245 has input and output. 2. Detect whether the data signal of this color is short -circuited to other lines. 3. Detect whether the grade data port between the driver IC of this color is disconnected or short -circuited and virtual welded. Note: It is easier to find a problem with the voltage detection method. Detecting the voltage of the data port is different from normal to determine the faulty area.
K. There are problems with output 1. Detect whether the lines of the output interface to the signal output IC are connected or short -circuit. 2. Detect the clock lock signal at the output port normal. 3. Detect whether the level -connected data port between the last driver IC is connected to the data port or short circuit of the data port of the output interface. 4. Whether the output signal is short -circuited or short -circuited. 5. Check whether the output line is good.
