Portable LED Display

Storage Temperature Requirements:
Ambient temperature should be within the range of -40°C to 60°C.
LED products must be stored at temperatures below 30°C and humidity below 60% after the packaging is opened.

Humidity Control for LED Screens:
Maintain low humidity in the environment where the LED large screen is used.
Prevent anything with humidity from entering the full-color LED screen. Energizing a large full-color LED display in high humidity can corrode components, leading to permanent damage. In case the LED screen gets wet, investigate promptly.

Rodent Prevention:
Place rodenticide as needed in the environments where the screen and control components are located to prevent equipment damage from rodent bites.

Power Source Stability:
Ensure a stable and well-grounded power source.
Avoid usage in harsh environments, especially those with thunder and lightning.

Preventive Measures for Inactivity:
Avoid turning off the LED display for extended periods, especially in high humidity.
In high humidity environments, if the screen hasn't been used for more than 3 days, preheat it for 4-8 hours at 30%-50% luminance before increasing it to normal luminance (80%-100%).
If the screen hasn't been used for more than 7 days, preheat it for over 12 hours at 30%-50% luminance before increasing it to normal luminance (80%-100%). This helps eliminate moisture and prevents abnormalities during use.

Low-Level Protection and Cleaning:
Dust entering outdoor full-color LED displays through vents can wear down equipment and damage fans and other parts. Dust on the internal control device surface reduces thermal conductivity and insulation performance.
Dust can cause a short circuit, absorb moisture in humid weather, and lead to equipment failure. Cleaning LED displays, though seemingly simple, is an essential part of maintenance. Scrub the large screen surface with alcohol or use a brush or dust collector, avoiding direct scrubbing with a wet cloth. Gently scrub module surfaces with a soft brush. Never use liquid substances on LED modules to prevent damage.

Prohibited Substances and Water:
Strictly prohibit water, iron powder, and other metals that conduct electricity on the screen.
Place the LED display in environments with minimal dust. Thick dust can impact the display and damage the circuit. In case of water ingress, cut off power immediately and contact maintenance personnel. Do not use it until the panel inside the screen is dried.

Sequence for Turning On and Off LED Displays:
A: Turn on the control computer to run it normally, then turn on the large LED display.
B: Turn off the LED display first, then turn off the control computer.

Avoid Prolonged Full-Luminous Displays:
Do not keep the screen fully luminous (all-white, all-red, all-green, and all-blue) for extended periods to prevent excessive current, heating, and damage to LED bulbs, thus affecting the screen's service life. Avoid disassembling or splicing the screen arbitrarily.

Recommended Rest Periods:
It is recommended to rest the large LED display for more than 2 hours daily.
During the plum rain season, use the screen at least once a week.
Generally, turn on the screen at least once a month, lasting for no less than 2 hours.

Regular Inspection and Professional Handling:
Regularly check the large LED display for normal operation and circuit damage.
If it doesn't work, replace it promptly. If the circuit is damaged, repair or replace it promptly.
Place the main control computer and related equipment in air-conditioned and dust-free rooms to maintain ventilation, heat dissipation, and stable computer operation. Non-professionals are prohibited from touching the internal circuit of the large LED display to avoid electric shock or circuit damage. If an issue arises, call professionals for inspection and repair.

Fastening:
LED displays have high power consumption. After running for a period and being repeatedly turned on and off, power source terminals may loosen due to heat changes. Loose terminals can lead to virtual connections and even ignition of nearby plastic parts.
Signal terminals may also loosen due to temperature and humidity changes, resulting in contact defects and equipment failure. Regularly tighten the connector of LED displays using balanced and appropriate strength when adjusting fasteners to maintain inherent effectiveness.
